Effective liaison, support, and assistance between the departments and the entire organization
Assist in identifying shortfalls in and/or improvements to policy and process, assess the effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes
Assist in carrying out interviews, including exit interviews, as required, providing effective feedback to managers and summary information for necessary reports
Design and deliver training courses within the organization as required
Assist in liaising with external agencies in relation to HR matters and the organization as a whole
Assist in managing and directing the overall performance of the HR team.
Subject to agreed criteria, assist in recruitment, training, evaluating, and managing performance, development, coaching, and general support of all staff
Reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly
Assist in developing plans for team activities to include a strategy to achieve agreed targets
Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
Assist in the development and preparation of the organization’s HR strategy and general business planning
Delegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountability, and review
Set an example for team members of commitment, HR activities, work ethics and habits, and personal character
Maintain accurate records as required
Responsibly, use resources and control expenses
Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
Interact and cooperate with all the staff of the organization
Qualification & Experience
A minimum of a first degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent qualification with Professional Certification
A master’s degree will be a Plus.
Proven 5 Years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the Labour Act and related labour regulations
Experience with and ability to use HRIS
