2027 BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
As required by the By-laws which govern United Civil Servants SACCO, the Elections Committee would like to invite applications from qualified individuals to fill the vacant positions that have arisen within the Board of Directors of United Civil Servants SACCO and the Supervisory Committee.
The positions are on a voluntary basis, meaning one would need to spare their time and dedicate it to the duties of the office from time to time.

Method of Application and General Eligibility
The position is open to all members.
Applicants should be members of United Civil Servants SACCO and have knowledge of SACCO Business Philosophy.
Should be a member of the SACCO for more than 24 months (2 years).
Applicants should not be defaulters in any SACCO obligations (e.g., loans, share contribution) and must be in good standing (books with SACCO).
Applicants must have a clean record and must have no conviction record/criminal record.
Applicants should possess a minimum of the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) (someone that can understand, speak and write English without problems). Those with a diploma and degree have an added advantage.
Applicants shall undergo a process of screening/vetting and be deemed proper and fit to stand as Directors by the Regulator – RBM.
