- Assist in growing the Credit Sales Function.
- Optimising Credit Sales Functions CSFs/KPIs.
- Executing Credit Sales strategies to achieve short and long-term
goals.
- Implementing Credit Sales plans to optimise cost-efficiency.
- Maintaining positive, ethical and trust based relations with key
stakeholders including customers, the board of directors, shareholders, business
partners and authorities.
- Performing Credit Sales operations in compliance with ethical,
legal and regulatory obligations.
- Assisting or guiding and collaborating with other Credit Sales
staff in their duties.
- Ensuring Credit Sales policies and guidelines, and legal implications
are clearly communicated.
- Stretch capability to deputise for Head of Credit Sales, as
required.
- Assist in the recovery and collection of outstanding fees/ arrears and late payment fees.
