About the Executive Banker Role in Kalumbila Lumwana As an Executive Banker, you will proactively promote a relationship-based banking offering, acting as the dedicated point of contact for customers within the Executive Banking segment.

Your role will focus on understanding clients’ unique financial needs and providing bespoke banking solutions that drive profitability and deepen customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship manager for affluent and executive clients.

Deliver personalized banking solutions aligned with client requirements and bank value propositions. Drive sales and cross-selling initiatives to maximize client portfolio profitability.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and risk management.

Qualifications and Experience First Degree in Business Commerce or a related field. 3 to 4 years’ experience managing relationships with affluent clients in personal and private banking.

Proven ability to drive sales and build long-term client relationships within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking products, financial statement analysis, and risk identification.
