Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Aquaculture, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in farm operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for modern and sustainable agriculture.
