Key Responsibilities for Food & Beverage Attendant Jobs in Livingstone As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Avani Victoria Falls Resort, you will contribute to a seamless guest experience by working collaboratively with colleagues and adhering to our high standards.

Your core duties will include:

• Collaborating with all departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Following hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, personal grooming, and operational standards.
• Consulting with your Supervisor before leaving your station or the floor.
• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities to assist guests effectively.
• Adhering to all safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Responding promptly to reasonable requests from Managers or Supervisors, even if outside your usual duties, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining your work station to the highest standards at all times.
• Developing thorough knowledge of menus and using Point of Sale equipment accurately.
• Respecting guest privacy and security when entering guest rooms.
• Participating actively in training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve guest service.
• Ensuring corridors are clear of trays when returning from room service orders.
• Cleaning and breaking down trays in the dish area, paying attention to condiments and utensils.
