Sinomine Kitumba minerals would like to inform the general public through the Mumbwa Town Council that it will Conduct physical tests for Machine Operator Positions at Kitumba Mine on the selected days which is Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Front-End Loader Operator

Job Summary

The Front-End Loader Operator will operate wheel loaders to load, move, and stockpile ore, waste materials, and other materials within the mining site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks and transport materials to designated areas.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report defects.
• Maintain proper loading procedures and avoid equipment overloading.
• Monitor machine performance and report mechanical issues.
• Follow mine traffic management plans and site safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe operating environment.
• Complete required equipment and production records.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience operating a front-end loader in a mining or heavy-equipment environment.
• Ability to safely operate heavy machinery.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding mining environment.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline.
