GRADUATE TRAINEE – BROILER FARM

At HMH-KUKU LTD, we believe shared prosperity begins with people who care. We are looking for passionate and eager-to-learn Graduate Trainees to join our Broiler Farm team and build a strong foundation in poultry production and farm operations.
What you will learn and support:
- Support day-to-day broiler farm operations under supervision
- Participate in bird health monitoring, mortality recording, and reporting
- Support vaccination and medication programs
- Learn flock management practices, including feeding, watering, temperature, and litter management
- Support farm hygiene, biosecurity, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in monitoring farm equipment and reporting maintenance needs
- Participate in farm reporting, stock management, and operational planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Animal Health and Animal Production or Animal Science from a recognized institution
- Strong interest in poultry farming and broiler production
- Willingness to learn and work in a farm environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to grow
