Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and reports. Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow management, and enforce financial controls.

Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory frameworks. Deliver accurate financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assess organisational risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, enhancing financial systems and processes.

Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA are highly preferred.

Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience, including senior finance or management roles. Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, auditing, and internal controls.

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making capabilities. Demonstrated high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
