Head Of Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently
• Lead and develop a team across production, quality, engineering, and administration
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, waste reduction, and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 standards and audit readiness
• Manage fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and distribution costs
• Oversee the operations budget and expenditure tracking Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning and scaling strategies
• Promote safety, accountability, and operational excellence on-site

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related fields
• 10+ years of senior operations/production management in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000+ ISO 9001 systems
• Skilled in analytics, planning, and people management
• Results-oriented and adaptable in scaling environments
