This isn't a "keep the lights on" IT role.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll bridge technology, operations, and business strategy, stabilizing our ERP, building data and analytics capability, modernizing SFA and TMS, exploring practical AI applications, and building an internal tech team that can own GDL's future.
You might currently be a: Head of Technology, Digital Transformation Lead, ERP Programme Manager, Enterprise Architect, or CIO/CTO of a growing SME, with real experience turning systems into commercial results.
In your first year, you'll:
- Stabilize and govern our Acumatica ERP environment
- Build trusted, decision-ready reporting and analytics
- Deliver transformation projects across sales, logistics, and operations
- Stand up a lean, high-performing tech team for the long haul
