Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full
recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Prepare and advertise
vacancies using appropriate recruitment channels.
- Source, screen and
shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews
with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and
background checks where applicable.
- Prepare employment
offers and onboarding documentation.
- Support employer
branding initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Provide HR advice and
guidance to managers and employees.
- Support disciplinary,
grievance and performance management processes.
- Promote positive
employee relations and engagement.
- Assist in conflict
resolution and workplace investigations.
- Ensure consistent
application of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation
and confirmation processes.
- Support the annual
Performance Management System (PMS).
- Monitor completion of
performance reviews.
- Assist managers in
preparing development plans.
- Track employee
objectives and performance outcomes.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs
in collaboration with managers.
- Coordinate internal and
external training programmes.
- Maintain training
records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support leadership and
succession planning initiatives.
- Assist with FMFP or
equivalent funding claims where applicable.
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR
operations across all business units.
- Prepare employment
contracts, letters and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding
and offboarding activities.
- Ensure employee files
remain accurate and compliant.
- Support employee
benefits administration where required.
- Assist with HR audits
and compliance reviews.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR
transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation
of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee
engagement programmes.
- Support organisational
restructuring and change management projects.
- Contribute to HR
metrics and reporting.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with
labour legislation and company policies.
- Maintain
confidentiality of employee information.
- Support internal and
external audits.
- Ensure HR documentation
is complete and compliant.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years' experience
in Human Resources.
- Experience in
recruitment and employee relations.
- Experience supporting
performance management and HR operations.
- Experience within a
multi-site or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
