Role Purpose
The Legal and Regulatory Compliance Officer serves as the principal internal resource on legal, regulatory and compliance matters affecting the Group’s operations. The role provides legal advisory support, safeguards the Company’s legal interests, manages legal risk and maintains custody of legal records and instruments.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws LLB from a recognized university.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in reputable legal practice, with a bias towards commercial litigation.
- Relevant experience in employment and commercial law, including litigation exposure.
