Blow Moulding Operators (5 Positions) Department:

Production Job Summary:

• Operate and monitor blow moulding machines to produce PET bottles that meet strict quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor blow moulding machinery.
• Ensure bottles meet specified weight, shape, and quality criteria.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Report defects, breakdowns, and material wastage promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in blow moulding, preferably within FMCG or beverage manufacturing.

Refrigeration Technician (2 Positions) Department:

Maintenance / Utility Job Summary:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems including cold rooms, bottle coolers, and chillers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service refrigeration units, compressors, and cold rooms.
• Diagnose and repair faults in cooling systems.
• Monitor refrigerant levels, pressures, and temperatures.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and spare parts inventory.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
• Refrigerant handling certification is advantageous.

Maintenance / Utility Job Summary:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal air conditioning and ventilation throughout the plant and office areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including AHUs, ducting, and control units.
• Troubleshoot issues with chillers, cooling towers, and air conditioning units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system performance.
• Maintain service records and recommend spare parts as needed.
• Follow safety and GMP standards rigorously.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and utility equipment to ensure continuous production operations.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, and packaging machines.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
