ROLE OVERVIEW

Tiwale Energy is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join its team. This role is central to expanding the company’s market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across its service lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and close business deals.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable business insights and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of electrical and renewable energy systems, as well as ICT skills, will be an added advantage.
