We’re seeking a results-driven e-commerce Supervisor to join our team. An Online Shopper Supervisor manages e-commerce fulfilment and picking teams. They oversee daily orders, monitor staff performance, and coordinate deliveries. Key duties include scheduling shifts, ensuring order accuracy, reducing returns, and managing inventory barriers. The typical education requirement is a High School Diploma, paired with retail or e-commerce experience.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage pickers and fulfilment staff, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and tracking daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of products picked for delivery, minimizing returns, credits, and errors.
- Operational Flow: Coordinate the seamless handover of completed online orders from the store or warehouse directly to drivers or customers.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stock items, and escalate inventory barriers to relevant managers.
- Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, process credits/refunds, and maintain a high Perfect Order Rate (POR).
- Tech & Systems: Track performance metrics, monitor online software, and ensure the team is equipped with working digital devices (scanners, tablets).
