Job Purpose
The Principal will provide strategic,
academic, and administrative leadership to the institution, ensuring excellence
in competency-based training (CBT), regulatory compliance, quality assurance,
institutional growth, research, and the production of competent, ethical, and
job-ready health professionals.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or midwifery with a
postgraduate diploma in medical education, or a Bachelor's degree in
medical education.
- A Master's degree in nursing, health education, medical
education, public health, health services management, or a related field.
- Registration and a valid practicing license from the
relevant professional regulatory council.
- A minimum of ten (10
) years' experience in nursing or health professional education, including
at least three (3) years in a
senior leadership or management position.

- Knowledge of TVET and Competency-Based Training (CBT).

the ability to effectively utilize digital technologies and institutional
information management systems to support academic, administrative, and
