Real Estate Agent (Freelance)

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential?
Our client is currently seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join their growing team on a freelance basis. Candidates with previous experience in real estate are strongly encouraged to apply; however, experienced sales professionals from other industries will also be considered. Candidates with a background in insurance sales will be viewed favourably.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions
- Stay informed about market trends and available properties
Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred
- Strong sales experience may be considered in lieu of real estate experience
- Insurance sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Valid driving licence and own transport would be an advantage
Remuneration
- Attractive commission structure
- Earn 30% commission on completed sales
- Additional details regarding remuneration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates
