To provide front office management and secretarial support services to facilitate effective communication, coordination of meetings, and professional engagement with internal and external stakeholders at the Higher Education Authority.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Front Office Management: Coordinate reception services to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement
Communication Management: Facilitate internal and external communication for the Authority
Secretarial Support: Provide secretarial services to support management and administrative functions
Meeting and Event Coordination: Support logistical arrangements for meetings and official engagements
Stakeholder Support: Support effective interaction with stakeholders of the Authority
Office Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Human Resource and Administration Section
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Membership to a relevant professional body (Added Advantage)
Experience
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in secretarial or front office services
