Kamwesa Zambia Limited is recruiting a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative in Lusaka.

Remuneration: Fixed Base Salary + Commission / Incentives
Deadline: 24 September 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct field and B2B marketing activities visiting offices, companies, and residential areas.
• Promote Kamwesa’s cleaning, gardening, renovation and related services.
• Generate and follow up sales leads, support client visits and meetings.
• Create and publish social media content (Facebook, TikTok) using photos, videos, captions, and demonstrations.
• Identify potential projects, tenders, contracts and service opportunities.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, PR or related field is an added advantage.
• Confidence approaching companies and potential clients with strong presentation skills.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to work in the field.
• Creative and comfortable creating video/social media content.
