Senior Anesthetist

KADISCO General Hospital P.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced ** Senior Anesthetist ** to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality anesthesia services while supporting excellence in perioperative patient care.

 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic patient assessments.
•  Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia under the direction of an Anesthesiologist.
•  Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring prompt management of any complications.
•  Provide pre- and post-anesthetic care, including ventilator management and respiratory support as assigned.
•  Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
•  Oversee the availability of anesthesia drugs, oxygen, and essential consumables in the operating theatre.
•  Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of anesthesia machines and related equipment.
•  Support cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), emergency response, and critical care activities.
•  Assist in staff training, research, policy implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
•  Foster effective teamwork, maintain patient confidentiality, and promote excellent patient and family relations.
•  Perform other professional duties related to anesthesia services as assigned.
