About the Telesales Agent Role As a telesales agent at Cleanergy, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential and existing customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers over the phone by following up on enquiries, re-establishing contact with previous customers, and clearly communicating the benefits of switching to Cleanergy’s clean cooking gas solutions.
Additionally, you will support our market activation and demonstration events by collecting valuable leads. This contract position is based in Lusaka, Zambia, and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to a sustainable energy initiative.
