Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Welcome customers warmly, introduce the menu, take accurate food and drink orders, and offer recommendations.

Order Delivery: Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation and food quality.

Table Management: Monitor dining areas, clear tables efficiently, and maintain a spotless environment.

Payments: Prepare final bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately.

Teamwork: Coordinate closely with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.

Requirements & Qualifications

Location: Must reside within close, accessible proximity to Ibex Hill, Lusaka to ensure reliable commuting for early morning starts and late evening finishes.

Experience: Previous experience working as a waitress or within the hospitality sector is highly preferred.

Communication: Polite, confident, and clear speaking skills.

Traits: Sharp attention to detail, high energy, and the physical stamina to handle busy shifts.

Punctuality: Reliable, organized, and strictly on time.

Flexibility: Available to work full shifts, including weekends.
