The Assistant – Leasing supports the Leasing, Factoring, and SME teams with administrative tasks and data cleansing of the existing client database, helping to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibility
  • Support data cleansing of the leasing database to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client information.
  • Contact existing clients to request updated KYC documents, where required.
  • Update and maintain records within the data cleansing database.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients to support awareness of Factoring, Leasing, and SME products.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates during data cleansing activities.
  • Work in an organised and consistent manner to support efficient processing and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and data accuracy.
  • Support overall business objectives through timely completion of assigned activities.
  • Carry out additional related duties as required within the Business Unit.

Profile
  • Minimum Higher School Certificate
  • Comfortable using basic IT tools and systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Clear and effective communication skills
