About the Health and Safety Supervisor Role As a Health and Safety Supervisor at Sunda International, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enforcing workplace health and safety standards.

Your expertise will help create a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for all employees while supporting continuous safety improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Supervise and implement workplace health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.

Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training sessions. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations.

Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols. Maintain accurate health and safety records and prepare comprehensive reports.

Support emergency preparedness, risk assessments, and ongoing safety improvement projects. Candidate Requirements At least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably within health and safety or a related industrial sector.

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices, legislation, and compliance standards.

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Competent in conducting risk assessments and safety inspections.
