Key Duties and Responsibilities
Trading Business
- Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives, warehouse staff, storekeepers, and administrative personnel.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programs.
- Coordinate staff training and development to improve performance and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ghana Labour Laws.
Transport Business
- Recruit, manage, and maintain records of drivers, mechanics, and transport support staff.
- Monitor driver performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure transport staff receive necessary training on safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for management.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
