Quality Assurance Officer

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure that the University maintains a desired level of quality in both academic and non-academic services it provides to both its internal and external customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include English Language and Mathematics
• An earned Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Business Administration or Public Relations or Education Management or Marketing from a recognised University
• An earned Master’s degree in Quality Assurance or Business Administration or Public Relations or Education Management or Marketing from a recognised University
• An earned PhD in Quality Assurance or Business Administration or Public Relations or Education Management or Marketing from a recognised University will be an added advantage
• A professional training in Quality Assurance of not less than three months
• Must be familiar with the higher education landscape and legal framework
• Functional computer literacy skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• At least two years of experience relevant to the job
• A valid practicing license from a relevant regulatory body
