Required Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Business Related field. ZAQA certification is a must.
• Knowledge of Bank of Zambia regulations.
• Experience in sales and credit analysis.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition – Conduct marketing activities aimed at growing the SME credit portfolio.
• Attract and inform potential and existing clients about products and services offered by the Bank to ensure target fulfilment.
• Monitor and enforce credit repayments.
