  • Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting β†’ demo β†’ negotiation β†’ closing)
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers
  • Conduct product demos tailored to health facilities, hospitals, and clinics
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
  • Identify new opportunities within target markets


🧠 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong industry knowledge (healthcare) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
  • Experience selling tech solutions in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
