π Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting β demo β negotiation β closing)
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Conduct product demos tailored to health facilities, hospitals, and clinics
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
- Identify new opportunities within target markets
π§ Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong industry knowledge (healthcare) and an existing network of contacts/decision-makers
- Experience selling tech solutions in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
