Sales and Marketing Personnel

JOB OVERVIEW

Tough Team Investments Ltd is seeking a proactive, results-driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients on enquiries, sales opportunities and pending business.
• Assist with marketing, promotional and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and business development activities as required.
• Consistently work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets and deadlines.
• MUST be a holder of a valid driver’s license, preferably 5 years of driving experience.
• MUST be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
