Finance & Commercial Manager

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the Finance Department.
• Supervise accountants.
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor project profitability.
• Develop departmental performance reports.
• Improve financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with Ghana tax regulations
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Lead the implementation and improvement of Zoho Books and related finance systems.
• Provide financial advice to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Professional qualification such as ICA Ghana, ACCA, CPA or CIMA.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in a finance leadership role.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based businesses is highly desirable.
