Background

A financial lending institution is looking for a driven Loan Sales Assistant / Loan Officer to join its team and help more people in Kabwe access financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion: Actively market and sell company loan products to individuals, businesses, and groups.

Portfolio Management: Build, grow, and manage your own clientele portfolio with excellent customer service.

Target Driven: Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Client Relations: Educate prospects on products, process applications, and maintain strong follow-ups.

Requirements

Valid NRC and a working smartphone.

Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated.

Grade 12 School Certificate. Proof required.

Diploma or Certificate in Business, Sales, or Marketing is an added advantage.

Must be a resident of Kabwe with full knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
