Responsibilities or duties
To ensure security of University properties, staff and students from any harm while on campus. To also ensure that there is no intrusion, theft, tempering or damage in line with service level agreements or agreed standards with outsourced security service providers.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- A full Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include English Language
- A Diploma in Law or Security Management or Conflict Studies or Public Administration or any Social Science from a recognized College or University
- A degree in any of the above disciplines will be an added advantage
- Certificate in Police or Military training
- Functional computer literacy skills
Experience needed
- Must have at least attained the level of Inspector in the Zambia Police or Lieutenant in the Zambia Army
- At least two years of police or military work experience
