About the Role – Data RAP Officer Opportunities in Kalumbila Reporting to the Senior Community Relations Officer - LEP, the Data RAP Officer will be responsible for the accurate collection, management, analysis, and reporting of data related to RAP implementation.

The role demands a results-driven individual committed to delivering fit-for-purpose solutions and fostering strong partnerships within the community and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting, verifying, maintaining, and updating RAP databases and records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Managing beneficiary records, compensation databases, grievance logs, and relocation tracking systems.
• Preparing routine and ad hoc reports on RAP progress, compensation, livelihood restoration, and resettlement activities.
• Collaborating closely with the Senior Community Relations Officer and project teams for timely and accurate information sharing.
• Supporting the planning and monitoring of field data collection exercises and community consultations.
• Ensuring proper filing and accessibility of RAP documentation for audits and reviews.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive community and project information.
• Assisting in tracking compensation payments, relocation schedules, livelihood restoration activities, and stakeholder commitments.
• Recording attendance, issues raised, and agreed action points during community meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Performing other RAP-related data management and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience for Data RAP Officer Jobs in Kalumbila Candidates applying for this position must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Library and Information Studies, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Resettlement Action Plans (RAP).
• Proven skills in data collection, analysis, database management, and report writing.
• Good understanding of local customs, practices, and community expectations in the Kalumbila area.
